If you don't have legislation no entity can operate period. I.W.M. is a business at the end of the day. New York is a strip. So is Detroit. The Suburbs are many Mansions in Heaven. The rules are high-crimes. Heinous Murder & Foul rape. All sexual & manslaughter laws were acceptable to the Judge. Felony Murder. Virtually condemnable automatically. Foul "rape." Sex is not governable or accomoditable. This is clear to a just Judge.
