I got a lot done. Hour's sleep, more scientific research

 Plus, last night's work.

I'm going to rest for a while. I have the entire day ahead of me. I don't really need to sleep. 

I'd like to have my pad around here. Disconnect with some video games. Study some socio demographics from the television aka cinema. 

Find some other things to do, elsewise, as well.

Maybe pick up a sporting-game.

Maybe get a hobby, otherwise. Such as vacationing.

Maybe have a few hobbies & sporting-games, often.

I'm not getting the full richness of the human diet that the Lord would require for his people's capabilities at having nurturing. I've said it once & I'll say it again. The Lord expects us to progress & not regress. We only go forward. Then we satisfy our lusts & gratify our senses.

Speaking on the wise, I may be able to achieve a disciplinary meditation that has gad strength. 

Then, "Diet, exercise, cleanliness, routine, study, prayer, meditation, worship, training, work, & rest."

Try doing this. I do just about have this caboose down. Stretching, for me, takes about 2-hours a day.

2-hours takes all day. It takes 2-hours to eat. So on and so forth. There's only 16 hours in a day. 4 hours for just dieting & exercising is quite extravagant. That's 1/4th of your day's day. It's 1/6th of your day's total sum. 

You sleep 6-12 hours, too. Get tired, sleep in, & that's half your day.

P.S. About the scientific research. The Lord did just tell me to be sexually-liberated. I knew it'd be relatively difficult, but yeah, those are my results. I think we're being animalistic everywhere shagging like dogs. I am noticing that when women are around, I lose track of time without contact or exposure to danger. Then it's the mojo-pheromone stuff.
