It's 1 o'clock. Waiting forever for this routine's setup. It'll be worth it. My teeth have all become stumps, but I can still eat hard candy. I take pretty good care of myself. I'm ancient by this point. I'm old as hell. I'm trying to execute this regimen & lunch is later than usual. It is commonly served around this time, though. It'll take 20 minutes a half hour to eat. So, have a few smokes, 2 o'clock. Stretch, walk, 3-4 o'clock. It'll take that long.
I can't stretch, eat, then walk. I could have, I didn't want to. Lunch was late, I would have stretched & had been hungry all morning & afternoon by now. I do know how to play it. Make sure to eat lunch. All of you Bon Jovi's out there should know to eat lunch.
Work into the Evening & conclude at nighttime. That's the prescription for today. I don't ever exert mental energy anymore. I did that when I was young. I'm to or supposed-to understand these things on demand. If I can't, it will just take time. These sciences may be crunchable or aka crackable in hours flat, but they can take a lifetime to learn. No easy-lesson for the author.
There. I think it's done. But yeah, after stretching for exercise, & walking as exercise, to additionally also get groceries as exercise, will be really invigorating. I don't know if you've ever met Ben at Social Security. He likes to work. Work is, work is invigorating.
