The Government does assemble in relative secret. For example, the legislations of Congress go to an Officer that will ultimately be the decider of whether or not the law is passed.
American Justice is nearly perfect. The United States of America justice-system needs to learn what I have to teach them. It should be the standard of precedence, right away.
I erected a "martialized defense theory" on everyone. You cannot survive any of these scraps with death without defense being your chief & foremost. Martial Arts is like dancing. It has a life. You can sit down & learn an ultimate martial tactic withing just a couple years. We aren't doing that yet, we're teaching martial arts wrong.
Our educations are miseducated.
But about my limitations. I mentioned, there are secret offices or branches of the government. The Military was 'the Department of Defense.' Now it is 'the Department of War.' Or, 'the Ministry of War.' They did create a few ways to dupe the general public on the integrity of Uncle Sam during the Cold War. They didn't want another rabble rouser around like Adolf Hitler or Benito Mussolini.
