My Dad worked at a Race-Track. They couldn't get anyone to work there after my Dad left.

 My Dad was the track. After he retired they had to shut down. I know why. There was nobody there to work. A Race-Track is a Public-Building & Civic-Structure. They date back to Ancient Times. Race Tracks are one of the oldest places of business. Then, you have artificial mint. Mint matters, but it's artificial at the end of the day.

Because I've said it. Look through my notes. You have a legal note (tenure & tender) & then you have mint. Well, we think a legal note is mint. A legal note is not mint! That's meant for financials (of your business). The United States of America does collect trillions of dollars of tax revenue. They might abandon the income-tax. Or, they may not. But what it shows is that if & when you have a monopoly, which many college graduates do, or on the other side a tycoon such as myself does; then it's a matter of being able to get products, services, & manpower. 

Your good or service you render for trade is a national-monopoly. If people want it, they have to give you your products, render their services, & offer themselves as manpower. Otherwise, there's no growth in the Economy. Because I do want new neighborhoods. We should just start growing people, quite frankly, & attempting to have God have the increase. Because truly & in-reality God as the Lord Jesus Christ is the only cultivator of human beings. His will is benevolent.
