The planning was that I take care of my Dad. He needed the help & support at retirement. So, you go through a Probate-Court not to cause disruptions.

 Because people were dying. We were paying people cash & it was turning into a Halloween fest. People dying & getting slaughtered, everywhere. Likewise, I think Social-Security does eventually pay people more money. You have to talk to a Judge. The Judges are the ones that have controlled everything in the United States since I was born, at least. I do know this. The FBI (Feds) started to track the $$$ & it led to the source of the organized crime. Now, the Probate-Court or SSA seizes the funds & it's a similar police enforcement.
