The United States tried using a Patriarchal-System. Because if I have 47 kids, they're all Ronin.

 Then my children have to ascend the throne, legitimately. All of my sons, if they are my sons, become men later in life. They will be preferred over these regents later in life. You're talking about fraternal appearance. We aren't gifted fraternally. We're Ronin.

I mean, yeah. I mentioned FDR's World-Order. That's all of the elites that took power these days. Well, the People of the World fought a battle (against the Devil-Beast, Dragon-Serpent) & took control of their own nations. For example, the Yuan insurrected in China. The Yuan are not Chinese, technically. There are the the Wu, Wei, & Han ethnicities that are completely Chinese & not half-Mongolian. Well, the Han are the ethnicity that has the majority-rule in China. They fought a timeless battle to recapture control of China. 

So, I don't mind FDR's World-Order. If I have 47 kids out there, they're Ronin, & you can expect them to be up to what me & my Dad were at least some of the time. WW2 was pre-modern. We call it the first modern-war, but people were pre-modern, in-fact. Germany was an example of how a million families clashed for control of Germany & the World. Because the evil-families in Germany took power with Nazism & they started killing the families they didn't like. Well, the moral of the story is that we had to tame & pacify these people, or kill them. I personally believe Nazism was anarchy with the appearance of law & order (order as in the government's ability to leverage control over the Germans). 

Yeah, we should be doing this. Jesus Christ wants to know where all of our family pictures are? The family memorabilia & souvenirs? Those have magical powers. Jesus Christ's holy-powers (magical powers) are focused in family pictures, memorabilia, souvenirs, the family-house, & anything you could reason to be such as the like. Such as the noteworthy achievers of excellence in the family. I was told we've entered into a pseudo-alliance with China & the rest of the World, in that we accommodate noteworthy & notable achievers of excellence in a new way. We always "reasonably accommodate them." Well, as for FDR's World-Order, these & we are all 'Nobles.' Then, yes, you do start building up the Nobles. 

As for having people that always cause problems & never achieve anything, it will be time to end their lines. In a millennium everyone, for the most part, will be a noble. But yes, you have to wait. Because it's like the European-Monarchial-System. If a Ronin is going to become king, then it has to be his son, who's a hybrid with the king, creating another hybrid with the king, to have a hybrid dynasty. One lineage of royalty equal with the excellency of the warrior ronin.
