We have every form of government at play. This could be graphically generated by AI. There are about 50 forms of government, & you do all of them with a Federation of American Democracies. Because than the Federation is the fact that none of the other choices mattered. You would, just when confronted with it, be wrong besides choosing every single one, or 'All of the Above.'
