Because then, yes, businesses have the ultimate determining factor of the Economy. But a business is best done by minimalization & maximization.

 Then we want the Artisan's.

We want manufacturing to be a produce that can be profited off of.

The manufacturing plants are ineffective as a controllable output of manufactory. 

That's the minimalization. Revert all employees to Artisan manufacturers. 

The maximalization is done by business practices & mass-manufactory. 

Then what you have is more layers to a business that multiplies its revenues income. 

Because we need more financial, banking, & commercial/business options.
