Because we do enter into the World of Financials.

 The Stock-Exchange is one of the few creators of Wealth.

They write a higher-price onto a whole-sum of share's, & it increases the worth of the stock-price & its capitol.

It was built into a living economy where no property forfeiture was made. 

We had the right idea after WW2 with the New Deal. But the New Deal fell through.

It fell through due to Federal-Collapse, War, & Crime. 

Whites & Blacks commit crimes differently. No, we are not catching White-American's in their crimes, or at least that's what it seems like. Because Racism is a Crime. It isn't a crime to speak racist, but to be Racist is a Crime. It means you intend on perpetrating a murder or attack on another Race.

The Federal Government of the United States collapsed because of this. The polarization of the White & Black Community rendered government ineffectual in governing such as administrating justice. 

But we had the War on Crime, with the Crime-Syndicates, Infiltrators (Spies & Agents), Jihadists, Terrorists, & hostile Foreign-Nation's such as Vietnam or Korea. Plus we had a Political Civil-War that was perpetrated by the television instigating violence & other partisan attacks.

All of these are the factors to the present-day annihilation we're experiencing. 

Because they expect us to live in fear. Everyone is supposed to feel the hurt.

Well, all we do is suffer...

The Stock-Exchange can just bid higher or lower & create a surplus of liquifiable assets worth money in order to generate an excise of a cash-crop. This is done by the Stock-Exchange selling surplus share's outstanding at a profit-risk, wholesale, or discount. 

Because if you have 100 shares worth 100 dollars, total, & you bid higher & then buy, then you've generated revenues that have created wealth in the Economy, & not cycled or awarded it. 

So, those 100 shares have another 100 shares that have no foreseeable purchasers, except in the future, & all of those are a market-bid in an attempt to reach a cash-crop's excise for a surplus. 

Where the Capitol comes from, where the business comes from, & who's the middleman are the factors. 

The Capitol could come from the Government, Free-Market, or Free-Sector. 

The Business would be the Deal that we make out of it. Do we add share's outstanding as a liquifiable asset? Than we could plan decades & centuries ahead of time. 

The Middleman is who makes all this possible. This would be done by whomever the duty eventually falls upon.
