I mean, a President doesn't handle everything. Trump hasn't done anything for me. Well, fuck Trump! Trump is supposed to handle these kinds of cases.

 If you get into a disaster & need emergency-aid, then the President is supposed to authorize it.

I've had all of this money for the last 10-years. I should have seen something from it, so far.
