The warm weather in February (it is warm) can be attributed to natural planet temperature. Obama's 2nd environmental era was too radical.

 Because that's or its the next phase of Obama's Global-Warming agenda. I thought it was absurd to begin with. Now that they lowered the Temperature of the planet by 10 degrees I can say there's truth in Global Warming. But that's what Trump is doing. Trump was a Democrat before he was a Republican. The second phase of Obama's Global Warming policies were radical & I still don't support them. Let's have Obama's first round of legislation stick, & we'll expand & attach to it.
